can I just turn on light without camera or motion when I am outside and I just want the light to stay on? If so how?

With the light put into park mode (holding the mode button for three seconds) the light will center itself and stay on without rotating. Hopefully that helps you - thanks!

One note on this, if no movement happens for 3 minutes the light will then turn off. It will stay in the same position but the light will still only respond to movement. Thanks!
